Why # IAmTranshuman (ist)?

I became a Transhuman, or as I call it an “Architected Human” in December 2018. At that time I received life-extending and life-saving, technologies including a mechanical heart valve and pacemaker. This life-changing event introduced me to the concept of Transhumanism.  Transhumanism is now a key part of my research, writing, and focus, at work and in my personal life.

I believe true societal transformation will be the result of Human Transformation.  Ethical Transhumanism will drive that transformation.

Marty Resnick is a Storyteller, Futurist, Analyst, Strategist, Photographer, and “Architect-ed Human”.  Currently, Marty is a Sr. Director Analyst at Gartner covering emerging technologies, human augmentation, innovation and foresight. Marty also hosts a podcast called “Continuous Foresight”.
