Why are you Transhuman (ist)?
We don’t know what the universe or consciousness are, we don’t know what is going on. Consequently, we don’t even know what we ultimately need and want in life. To not want to know that would be absurd, would be to flail life away. Plus, there are too many fulfilling and paradigm-shifting marvels to experience to be spending any more time being dead than one has to. That is why I am transhuman.
Eric Schulke is a full-time activist for the life-extension movement. From 1999 until present he has worked with countless projects in various roles, from director to coordinator, for many life extension organizations. He has written widely on the philosophy of life extension.
